Technical support can be reached by calling OB1Net at 831-3295. Technical support is limited to internet connectivity loss and problems with OB1Net supplied wireless hardware.

OB1Net phone support hours are 9-5 Monday through Friday. If you lose your connection after these hours, please leave a message on the answering machine. OB1Net will fix system wide problems as soon as possible. OB1Net will make house calls after support hours to fix individual connection problems by appointment only.
